Willenhall Heritage Day 2014

We are pleased to announce that a full size Mk IX Spitfire will be in attendance this year - want to know the Willenhall connection? Come down to the CHART centre, Gomer Street on 26th April to find out... Only £1 per adult admission, children free.
Local businesses, clubs, charities and societies will be in attendance. Collectors sales stalls include books, ephemera, antiques, vintage tableware, collectibles old and new. Refreshments are available and there will be a programme of entertainment throughout the day!

WILLENHALL AND ITS COMMUNITY PHOTOGRAPHIC COMPETITION

We are pleased to announce this years' photographic competition - 'Willenhall and it's Community'. Its great to see people's different views of what's around them... The competition is open to all ages, and will be judged in 3 age groups so anyone can enter. Photos of anywhere in the local area are fine (doesn't have to be the Town Centre), can be of landmarks, showing an alternative view, and can have been taken at any time, as long as you are the photographer. All we ask is that you send you entry (or entries, no limit!) by email, state that you are the photographer, and that you are over 18 (if under 18, state age, and must be submitted by an adult on your behalf please). All photos will be displayed at Willenhall Heritage Day 2014, on 26th April, where winners will be announced. Prizes in all 3 age groups will be awarded for the winner and runner up photograph. Previous entries for the calendar competition will be accepted on receipt of an email request. Get snapping and sending to - membersofwht@btinternet.com

Age groups under 11, 12-17 and 18+. All under 18's need parent / carers' permission to enter. Prizes to be announced. Sponsored by Alcame photographic, Willenhall.
